Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss has been a country music star for more than 30 years. She was born in the city of Decatur on 23rd July 1971. LeAnn Kymes and Alison Kruss were two of the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July of 1971. Alison is a country and bluegrass artist. She started in the industry at the age of a young child, and when she was a mere 10 years old. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. The year 1989 saw her invited to be a part of Alison Krauss & Union Station with whom she performs.
